Our Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn merchandise in original condition.
Eligible Items
- Must be in original, unworn condition
- Must have original tags attached
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
Exchange Process
If you need a different size or color, we make exchanges easy:
- Contact us: Email support@flowz.com with your order number and exchange request
- Receive return label: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label
- Ship your item: Send your unworn item back in its original packaging
- Get your exchange: Once we receive your return, we'll process your exchange
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.
Refund Information
When your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeline
Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
PayPal refunds: 2-3 business days
Refund Includes
Original purchase price of the returned items
Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item shipped, etc.)
